FAQ page content
One of the questions I’m always asked is ‘how do you know which questions to answer?’
I suggest that you address the most common questions customers have about your products, or services.
Make sure you include real questions and from customers point of view as this will deliver the best and most effective database of questions & answers.
FAQ page tips:
Keep answers short
Use ‘yes’ & ‘no’ at the start of each question
Fully answer the question with no links to another page or website if possible.
Use your customers language & be personal.
Update the FAQ page often so it is up to date.
